MedMust provides medical education materials, question banks, books, instruments, and online learning access. It does not provide emergency care, patient-specific diagnosis, or treatment.
Payments and access
Online learning access is activated only after verified payment. Physical orders are processed according to stock availability, shipping status, and support review.
Shipping and delivery
Physical products are shipped to the address entered during checkout. Delivery timelines depend on product availability, courier serviceability, holidays, and destination PIN code.
Cancellation and refund
Cancellation requests should be submitted before dispatch and are subject to the order's current fulfilment state. Digital access may not be reversible after activation or meaningful use.
Clinical disclaimer
Doctor-facing and student-facing content is educational and must be used with clinical judgment, local policy, and current standard references.
